Low dose aspirin has minimal to no side effects, especially if relegated to the first trimester (which is what you're tallking about). The scientific evidence, as it stands now, is "It probably can't hurt and it probably won't help". How's that for absolute scietific data. :-) Good luck. Anecdotally, I've seen people try it with success. Was it the Aspirin or just the right combo of other things. Who knows? Evidence based medicine says it doesn't work.
