UTI's can cause pre-term labor. However, with antibiotics everything seems to go fine. I had a UTI throughout my entire first pregnancy and my doctor finally just put me on Macrobid for the duration of my pregnancy. My son was just fine, so try not wo worry too much!

Also, it's quite common to have a lot of UTI's during pregnancy. Try and drink a lot of water and cranberry juice.
