I saw my doctor today. He is not concerned with the stenosis as far as sperm getting into the uterus. But he did mention that one factor of the stenosis could be low mucus production and we are looking into that with post-coital exams. I did not ask him what happens if my mucus production is low though, so thank you for providing that information.
