Hi again Michele,
I have gotten to the point where I put my emotions on hold. The
second one was the worse, because I knew that I should carry to term if
I followed normal statistics. Even after my third my OB said I was just
'unlucky' and refused to do any testing -- needless to say I changed
Doctors. I'm pushing 40, too, but look incredibly young -- most people
think I'm about 25 (even my new Doctor thought I was joking when I told
him how old I am -- he checked my records right then to make sure I
wasn't making it up!). I think since Doctors look at me and think '20s'
they are in no hurry to check things.
Good luck to you, but remember most everything is simply out of your
hands. If you miscarry it isn't YOUR fault, it's just nature.
