I am 12 weeks pregnant with twins and also have a pitutary tumor. We tried for 5 years to conceive before success with IUI. I have not taken any parlodel or dostinex since conceiving and they are just monitoring with bloodwork and having me watch for headaches, floaters in vision. I did not have a lot of sore breasts either although I probably have increased about a cup size. I have been told that sore breasts may or may not happen regardless of the pituitary condition. Also my maternal fetal specialist said I shouldn't have any problem breastfeeding the twins, but I'm not sure about taking Parlodel and breastfeeding.
