My husband and I conceived our first child on our first try (Aug. 14). Unfortunately I had a miscarriage on September 17. I was just wondering if conceiving on your first try is common and if it has happened to alot of women. We've decided to try again and I should have ovulated on November 6th. What are the odds I could be pregnant again on the first try? I don't want to get my hopes up, but my lower back feels sore and I have a headache (which were early symptoms of my previous pregnancy...) Is it just wishful thinking? I know I should wait until my period is due to do a hpt.
