I had a tubal ligation 4 months ago and since then have had two periods with a regular 28 day cycle. My period is now two weeks late but the pregnancy test I took was negative ( I have taken two). I have never been late for a period in my life unless I was pregnant. Could it be an ectopic pregnancy? and if it is, wouldn't I already have some kind of pain by now? What else could it possibly be? Thanks for any information. I am really nervous about the idea of it being an ectopic pregnancy. Jennifer
