cardiolipin IgG

This summer I delivered my 3rd child (3rd pregnancy, other two were full term with no health problems) at 26 weeks gestation. This third pregnancy was complicated with oligohydramnios caused by the kidneys failing to grow. I became septic and this caused me to go into early labor, during the labor my heart rate was at 140 most of the time. I was given three heavy antibiotics and was released three days after the birth of my son. Previous to this pregnancy I was diagnosed with hypothyroid and had been on synthroid .125 during the pregnancy. At 6 weeks post my blood pressure was elevated for me and my pusle was still around 100. My TSH was tested and found to be at .01. I went to my GP who did not lower my dose of synthroid but my pulse was still at 115. In addition to my synthroid I was taking birth control pills (Loestrin). After having chest pain and panic attacks I tried to get my doctor to lower my dose but she just stated to see if it would correct itself. I stopped taking the synthroid and then later the pills as I started having leg pain. I have since been tested with EKG, VQ lung scan and many blood tests. I came up "moderately positive" with the cardiolipin IgG my score was 75 with moderate positive being 20 - 100. My question is will this affect any future pregnancies? I have been told not to take the pill because of increased chances for blood clots and told to not get pregnant right now. I have always been very fertile and other methods have not been greatly effective. We are talking about a vesectomy but don't want to do anything permanent until finding out more about these antibodies. We would like another child as our son died this summer but don't want to risk my health. If you have any information I would appreciate the help. Sorry this was so long.
