I am 33 weeks pregnant and got a nasty diarrhea and some vomiting due to a virus. I was told to take rehydration salts are they safe?Also I was given a medicine called SMECTA (main composition :Dioctahedralsmectite 3g).......it says it possesses a fixing and inhibiting effect.......does not enter blood circulation,does not have contraindications but it says nothing about pregnancy. I am just concerned about the baby, please do help me as I have already lost 2.Should I take these things? Thank u Catia
