This is way too broad a question. Given the wide variables here, from homebirth with a LM or DEM to surgical delivery with complications at the hospital (not at all implying that all hospital births are necessarily surgical and complicated - just using this to give the other end of the stick here) plus geographic location, the cost can be from hundreds of dollars to many thousands.
