calcium deficiency?

Last night my husband noticed that I had really bright white spots on two top front teeth. They looked kinda like the white calcium deposits that sometimes show up on your teeth - but they were really bright - almost neon white. Could this be a lack of calcium? I drank a glass of milk and went to bed and they are gone this morning. Any ideas?

Thank You,
