I've had one hip replacement last year and presently undergoing IVF after unsuccesfully natural conception for 5 years. My consultant reassurred that a hip replacement will not reduce the chance of cause any difficulty in childbirth. I wondered whether you had been trying for a baby for a long time before your hip replacement. Did you have your replacement recently, was it through arthritus or fractures.
