Hi Kelly,

Everything I've heard concurs with your doctor, and I agree it was wrong for the ER people to tell you you probably will m/c. You probably just experienced some implantation bleeding, and as far as cramping goes, I've pretty much had cramping on and off through my pregnancy, as my uterus expands. I'm at 25 weeks now. Also, aside from not being able to see a sack, etc, its been missed before! To have a little peace of mind before tomorrow, take another home pregnancy test. It should still test positive. The cysts should be regardless of your pregnancy status, not something I'd be too concerned with. Your doctor will probably just order another sonogram in a few weeks to make sure they are going away. One or all three (if you've released three eggs this last cycle) is probably a corpus luteum which will remain until at least week 12 when the placenta is formed and takes over the progesterone release.

Good luck, wishing for good results for you tomorrow! Check back in here and let us know how things are going.
