Several studies suggest that low dose aspirin (e.g. one baby aspirin per day) is useful in improving odds of conception. If you have access to a hospital or med school library, look in the May 1999 issue of the journal "Fertility and Sterility" for the article entitled "low dose aspirin treatment improves ovarian responsiveness, uterine and ovarian blood flow velocity, implantation, and pregnancy rates in patients undergoing IVF"
