Sometimes different areas use different expressions. Each one stated they had never heard of this terminology and I even copied your exact post so my ideas would not be interjected. First, they haven't heard of a condition described this way and second, we all find it impossible to quantify the "tear" as to %, so, unfortuntely, unless a different wording is available for your condition, the docs I surveyed in the West, East and South of the U.S. cannot help me help you.
