Hi Nancy,

I would think that because the Monday's was the darkest test, that you ovulated that day. Normally you would not keep testing (especially since they are so expensive!) after you see the line get lighter following a day when it seemed to be the darkest. Yes you can pick up the LH for 7 days straight, you picked it up as it was building up in your system, then got to its peak (darkest) then was tapering off after ovulation. Probably wouldn't see the line much longer after Thursday, but depends on the test sensitivity, how much LH you produce, and just how long it takes your body to disperse of the LH after ovulation. Be sure to read the results at the time they are to be read according to the instructions, as letting a test sit too long can darken a line.
