<< ell, it wore off long before 24 hours, but they couldn't give me any other pain relief because even though it wasn't helping, the meds they had injected into my spine contained morphine and there was a risk of OD if they gave me anything else too soon.

Did this happen to you as well? >> Yes, this happened to me too. I was out of recovery in less than an hour. I didn't feel drugged at all. I was in so much pain and all they could give me was motrin and percocet. I would definitely do things different next time. I guess I just have a really high tolerance. Shannon
