Braxton Hicks or Incompetent cervix??

The pain is very low - almost like it would be my cervix. It's just a sharp pain that lasts a second or two and then it is gone. It usually happens when I am standing up or walking. Bust last night I had one right after I laid down in bed.

This is my first pregnancy - so I don't know if this is normal and is just Braxton Hicks contractions - or if it is something to be more concerned about.

If someone could please help me, I would really appreciate it.
