I am 23 weeks pregnant. Over the several weeks, as the day progresses I notice a pain or soreness just to the left (my left) of the midpoint on my abdomen. The location of the pain seems to be rising higher as the pregnancy progresses, and from what I can tell would seem to be at about the top of my uterus - at twenty weeks it was about even with my navel. I have had no problems and just wonder if this is caused by the stretching / growing of my uterus and/or the increasing weight of things on this area pulling during the course of the day. I have read a lot about round ligament pain but nothing about pain in this location. Thanks for your help!
