I am currently facing my fourth repair of a recurrent recto-vaginal fistula. Along with the gas and leaking from the vagina, I now have leaking from the rectum that I can't feel until it has touched my skin. Is there any hope for me. My two specialists want any new information or help we can get. They are truly puzzled as to why this problem has not been fixed. They feel, though, that I should have had a C-section. Any help would be appreciated.
