Re: Can ovulator predictor be accurate 9 days after D & E?From: Julie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 6 Oct 1999 20:50:13 -0500 (CDT)
Karen: Thanks for your response. This is my 2nd miscarriage and D & E, so I don't think I have anything to lose if I am indeed ovulating. But if the kits aren't accurate this close after having a D & E, then I'm probably not ovulating. I am so sorry for your loss, but I am very happy for you that you are pregnant again. I've read a lot on miscarriages and while they do say there is a slight increase in your chance of miscarriage getting pregnant so soon after a previous miscarriage, I've known some people who have gotten pregnant immediately and did just fine. I hope you are one of those people. I know this has got to be a difficut time for you waiting and hoping, so I wish you all the best. Since I've had 2 mc, I am not sure I want to get pregnant this soon if I am ovulating since they aren't sure why I keeping having the mc. The first time was awful - this time even worse. So sad . . . God bless and best of luck.
