I am 25 years old and this is my first pregnancy. I just experienced bleeding this afternoon. I am 9 weeks along in my pg. My OB took an ultrasound and the babies heart was beating, however there were tears around my cervix and a possible fibroid on my uterus. I was told to take it easy and rest. I was also told there is still a chance I could miscarry. Can you please explain what all of this means and help me relax in knowing my baby is going to be okay.
