I'm not a doctor, but if I'm not mistaken one of the general rules of pregnancy is not to make any drastic changes in your hairstyle while you're pregnant, because natural hair loss stops (maybe not 100%) and your hair will usually become thicker since the new growth is adding to it instead of replacing lost hair. When you have your baby and your hormones begin to turn to normal, you start losing all the hair that you should have naturally lost while you were pregnant. However, if you're getting bald spots or something of that nature then you should definitely talk to a doctor.
