I miscarried at 9 weeks in April of this year, and then again at 4 weeks in July of this year. The second miscarriage was very obvious, but with my first one I had no symptoms. I found out when I went for my 12 wk. visit, and there was no heartbeat. I am now pregnant again (10 wks now), and have been on Prometrium since I found out at 4 weeks. I am wondering if I can miscarry while on Prometrium and not have any symptoms because of the effects of the drug on my uterine lining? In other words, if I miscarried, would the Prometrium cause my uterus to retain the pregnancy? Thanks for any info.
