I am in week 13 of pregnancy and just began having this weird feeling in the vaginal area. It feels like a very small menstrual cramp and it just worries me. I wasn't aware that I would be feeling things this early. There is no bleeding and the heartbeat is still strong. I looked in my "What to expect when you're expecting" and it says that these are common and become more frequent as the pregnancy progresses. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced this and whether I should be concerned? I appreciate any and all responses. Thanks so much.
