We got pregnant right away w/ our first child(2yrs old).We now want to expand our family! We tried last month but I started my period on Tues.(been off the pill since Feb. and have regular periods). Although I know getting pregnant the"first go around" is lucky what can you suggest for next time? I mean how many times can one have intercourse(every day or every other day) and what is the window of time in a cycle-10 to 18th days during your cycle for conception to occur? Also what does exercise and caffeine(1 or 2 cokes daily) have on the effects of becoming pregnant? I am 31 yrs old and in good health. Thanks for you help. I guess you might could say I got a bit anxious since I did not conceive the firstime.
