Choroid plexus cyst(s) have been shown to have a mild association with genetic abnormalities (most c.p. cysts are not associated with genetic abnormalities and many disappear spontaneously). Studies have shown anywhere from a fraction of a percent to 6% association. The most common genentic abnormality is Trisomy 21 (Down's)

Echogenic bowel is classically associated with cystic fibrosis, although this can also be normal too.

Please get these possibilities checked out.
