My hCG levels are going up nicely. i think that i am 6 weeks. Had a vaginal ultrasound on Sept 24 which showed nothing but what at first looked like a gest. sac, but on closer inspection was irrgularly shaped. I am trying to be possitive about the hCG levels going up so nicely, but the wait is just killing me. I am worried that there will be no fetus. My last hCG was in the 2400 range (yesterday. Can anyone tell me what we might find on vag ultrasound next week if all is well? I feel like i am incapable of functioning with all the worry. I've had a miscarriage before, and some spotting in this pg, but it seems to have stopped. Can a pg turn out to be a blighted ovum or an ectopic with good hCG levels?
