Timeframe for HCG decline in complete molar pregnancy

Prior to the D&C my hcg level was 141,000. The first follow-up blood test revealed a significant decline to 7800, however, the second only showed levels dropping to 6900. I am concerned that my hcg levels are not decreasing quickly enough. What is a reasonable timeframe to expect to return to 0? And after how much elapsed time should another procedure be recommended?
