Hi Bridget - I am so sorry for your loss. I've had 2 miscarriages, and I can sympathize with you. My doctor told me after the first one that they like you to wait 1 to 2 cycles. I did a lot of research, as well as talked to people who have had miscarriages, and I think it depends on the person. If you are emotionally ready to try again as soon as you can, I say do it. Some say there is a higher chance of another miscarriage if you try too soon, but other studies I've seen show that isn't necessarily true.

The best of luck to you. I hope you have a lot of support to help you through this difficult time.
