Not that popular these days, it was popularized in the 70s and 80s by a group from Parkland in Dallas, I believe.

It compares BP lying flat and after turning over. I don't recall the exact criteria for "diagnosis" however. It was to indicate who would develop Pregnancy Induced Hypertension in the future.
