You should check out a copy of Toni Weschle's (I may have her last name spelled wrong) book "Taking charge of your fertility". This book describes the color and consistency of cervical mucus at different parts of your cycle. You will need to see how stretchy it is and whether or not is is water soluable. I highly recommend getting the book. It helped me to understand my body and helped me get pregnant. Good luck,
