wife who is constantly thinking something is wrong when nothing appears to be

Help! My wife constantly thinks there is something wrong with the child
when nothing appears to be. She is 3 1/2 months along and is doing
fine. The doctor cannot say enough good things to make her feel
alright. The most recent is a uterus that is causing her loss of
breath. I do not know about this one. She has had a past miscarriage
so I can understand why she is worried but it terminated at 5 weeks and
I do not feel that this one will. However, she has to have something to
worry about at all times even though no signs say to worry. Help!
