It is possible you could be pregnant or it could just be the change in hormone levels since you just went off the pill. As someone now going through menopause, hormonal changes cause really weird cycles. I think I would wait a couple weeks, see what happens. If still strange like this, do a pregnancy test. If you start a normal period, therein lies your answer. Waiting is so hard. Been there, done that. Best of luck to you both. Kathy
