If you levels are lower than 2000ish, then we would not expect to see much on ultrasound. If they are increasing appropriately, hang in there! In general, if hte level is >2500, a heartbeat should be seen on transvaginal ultrasound;the position of your uterus and the ease in scanning you can cause that number to go up a bit.
