Presuming you're correct, it can be many things. Genetics of the miscarriage material is sometimes revealing. You should have progesterone testing, thyroid testing and a hysterogram prior to the next pregnancy, along with autoimmune antibody levels and cervical cultures. The archives of this forum and the women's forum have much written about this.
