I lost 2 pregnancies and was sick, tired and miserable with both of them. My daughter was 3 weeks overdue, totally healthy, and I never had even a twinge of nausea and wasn't even tired until the very end. I have also heard it the other way around. You just can't count on symptoms like that because they vary so widely each time and with each person. Congrats and best wishes.
