My OB's nurse just called and said my following UA came back showing a UTI. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and was first diagnosed at 8 week OB visit with a UTI and was treated with a course of antibiotics. I do not have any symptoms. Should I expect to be treated again with more antibiotics? Are there any risks to the unborn baby or myself if we don't treat? Thanks Amanda EDD 2/24/00
