Becoming pregnant after a stilbirth

August 11th 1999 I gave birth to a stillborn little girl. it is believed that she died 4-5 days before labor was induced to deliver her. upon a regular OB VISIT THERE WAS NO HEARTBEAT. it has been six weeks and i cant seem to get over the urge to become pregnant again. however, i do not wish to do anything that would not be good either for me or another child. will my body be ready for this so soon? and what are the odds of this happening again? upon delivery it was discovered that the cord was around her neck twice and there was also a very tight knot in it. Can this type of thing be seen in ultraasound? my question is only to reassure me of this not happening with another child.
