If it's bad and inflammed, infected or stones are clogging the duct, you're potentially risking the health of the pregnancy buy not acting upon it. General anesthesia is better than an infection or a compromised liver or pancreas secondary to gall bladder disease. If you're concerned, get a second opinion, see a perinatologist but don't sit and do nothing.
