It's low. What did the doctor say? Normals depend upon the lab used.

It's natural progesterone and has not been approved for this purpose to my knowledge (that doesn't mean it's bad, just not approved yet). Anyone out there know different, please let me know. Supplementary progesterone is to raise the low progesterone which I feel sure your wife's doctor mentioned. If unable to get answers, change doctors.

It can certainly be checked. Some docs do the hormones first, some the other testing first.

should we just see a fertility specialist?

Up to you.
