Hi I'm not a doctor but it sounds as if you may have had a miscarriage. The pain you were feeling could have been your bodies way of removing anything that had not come out yet. HCG levels are a good way to see but since you waited a while before getting a pregnancy test a may not be possible to find out at all. I hope all goes well for you.
