Tiffany, I've been there! I really sympathize with you -- the pain is pretty awesome. I'm no Dr. but would recommend you go ahead with the surgery. I think the baby is not in much danger from the anesthesia this late in the pregnancy and you could be in pretty serious danger from complications of gall bladder, pancreas, or duct. Good luck, whatever your decision, and let me tell you the relief from the surgery is phenomenal. As my surgeon said to me, "you're going to love this surgery." He was right! Valerie (a sympathizer who has been there...)
