That's quite a medical history you have there. I would not wait very long were I in your shoes, certainly not more than a few months. Actually, were you my patient, I would send you on to a RE now. However healthy you might be now, there are not all that many eggs left in the basket, and you don't want to waste any. I would definitely go see an RE right from the start.
