You've been very helpful and encouraging. Thankfully most women don't have to wrestle with such decisions (RML or 4th degree). Seems like you trade one set of problems for another. I do believe without an epis at all, a 4th degree would have been very possible. (I know this is not common) I'll talk to my doctor.
