I am 42 and my husband and I are thinking of having a child. I have read all the information on complications in older women and pregnancy and of the possiblity of downs syndrome. Are there tests that can be done before the pregnancy to determine the risk of downs syndrome? Do you know if there is a Doctor in the Atlanta Area that specializes in pregnancies in older women?
