Well, 6 stuffed cream cheese jalepeņos got me into labor! And I ended up with an emergency c-section! Your sister needs think "why" she had the other 2 c-sections? Me, I had mine due to small pelvis. If your sister had some physical reason why, then I don't think she should attempt this. Could be dangerous and speed things up and end up putting the baby in stress or risking something else.

I am no Dr! Just telling you my experience and why I needed a c-section.
