Has anyone ever heard of using Caster Oil to induce labor? A midwife told a friend of mine to drink 4 oz. of caster oil to induce labor and when she did (it was her 4th child by the way) she went into hard labor within 2 hours and delivered within 3 hours. Is this a dangerous and unwise thing to consider doing? My sister who is due on the 21st of Sept. heard this and is considering it. She has had two c-sections and really wants to have a VBAC for this one. Any advise would be appreciated. Amanda
