She needs to see a gynecologist about this. Depending upon the amount of tube left after the ligation, the reversal may or may not be possible. The success rate should be discussed then too. It usually take 1-2 surgeries and months of healing between them. Some patients look into IVF rather than undergo "abdominal surgery".
