Regardless of the length of your cycle and how many missed periods you've counted, the average pregnancy runs 38 weeks after the ovulation that caused the pregnancy (give or take 2 weeks). Your chance of delivering early is the same as anyone else's presuming you have no medical reason for a preterm delivery.
